I'm Lindsay Erhardt, a San Antonio and Texas Hill Country Realtor with SERHANT. Texas. I work with sellers, move-up buyers, relocating families and anyone who wants a straight answer about their next move. My favorite places to work are golf communities, Hill Country homes, new construction and land.
Before real estate, I worked in child protection social work. That job taught me how to read a room, stay steady when emotions run high and keep going when a situation gets complicated. I use those skills more than you'd think, because real estate is rarely just about a house.
My approach is simple. I'll tell you what I'm seeing, why it matters and what I recommend, even when it isn't what you were hoping to hear. Then I get to work: preparing your home to stand out, marketing it with intention and negotiating with clarity instead of games. When the plan changes, and it often does, I get creative. Everything is figureoutable.
I grew up around golf in northern Minnesota, so golf-course living feels like home to me. My husband, TJ, and I have three kids, and we've lived in Kenya. These days, you'll find us on the water whenever we can, paddleboarding, boating and spending time with our dogs.
For me, the relationship doesn't end at closing. Through The Joy Haus, I bring clients, friends and neighbors together for dinners, experiences and the kind of connection that lasts well beyond moving day.
